It’s so nice to meet you. I’m glad you’re here.

Welcome to Inner Wild Therapy,
where the journey inward begins
I help people who are feeling stuck reconnect with themselves and re-establish trust in their bodies and minds.
My clients struggle as you do. Despite being intelligent, motivated, powerful, and supportive of those they love, life is hard.
When they first come to therapy, they feel like they are failing themselves and everyone around them. After years of prioritizing everyone else’s needs above their own, things have gotten to a point where pleasing anyone (including themselves) feels impossible.
They fear that they don’t know who they truly are and won’t have time to figure it out. They crave genuine companionship and community, but the thought of being seen is terrifying.
They are stuck on autopilot, where every day feels the same. There is a sense of disconnect between their body and mind.
Their disconnection gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of friends they want to be. They feel like they are failing at love. Their confidence at work is tanking.
Before they came to see me, they feared that this was just how they were. They worried that ease was just not meant for them. And they were pretty certain they’d be judged if they were truly seen.
Like my clients, you deserve to experience the present moment. To learn to savor all of the goodness that is available. To trust that you can survive the crappy parts.
Feeling like an active participant in your life is not outside of your reach.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your intuition, to rediscover that wild part of you that was always there, I invite you to take that first step. I’d love to help you get there.
Who I work with
-
My first therapy experience was an an adolescent, and it was an absolutely transformative experience. This is also the age I knew I wanted to become a therapist! I deeply understand the importance of having an unbiased adult during such a thrilling and difficult time in life.
-
Early adulthood is full of transformations and change. This can be both delightful and very difficult. I enjoy working with young adults as they navigate new, big life experiences, relationships, and decisions.
-
Whether you are panicking about starting a new decade (please don’t!), exploring life post-retirement, or anywhere in between, I enjoy supporting adults of all ages and life phases.
